Introducing our Portable Touch Screen Controller with Basic Recipe Mode

In Q1 of 2024, we are launching a brand-new Portable Touchscreen Controller (PTC) with Basic Recipe Mode (BRM) as a new software feature for the PTC and TC. In this post, we’ll cover all the details of our new hardware and software.

Portable Touchscreen Controller (PTC)

We’re happy to announce the launch of our new Portable Touchscreen Controller featuring brand-new hardware and a single cable providing up to 15 meters of portability.

Our newly designed 8-inch Portable Touchscreen Controller (PTC) was made with ease of operation in mind. With just a single CAN-bus cable, you no longer have multiple cables connected to the controller unit of your dosing system, ensuring a better-organized production environment and enhanced flexibility for the operator.

Additionally, we offer a range of options for mounting the PTC. For a permanent setup, we’ve equipped the PTC with pattern holes for a monitor arm (VESA) and flexible mounting bracket (CMB). For those seeking more flexibility, we’ve also added a magnetic option.

Aside from hardware modifications, we have also been working hard to enhance our software functionality and user experience.

Introducing Basic Recipe Mode (BRM), the newest software feature for our PTC and TC that will optimize workflows and boost productivity in your factory.

In supervisor level, the line manager configures recipes and selects favorite recipes to be used in BRM mode.

When BRM mode is activated, it keeps the operators from changing critical settings. It lets them select and run a pre-formulated list of recipes within a matter of seconds, significantly simplifying workflows and boosting productivity in your factory.

Just choose one recipe and press “start.” A green tint signifies that the running recipe has been successfully verified. If you want to know more about this brand-new software feature, watch the explanatory video below.

We will first present our new PTC and BRM software at Fakuma 2023, both will be available in Q1 2024.
