Our gravimetric MDS Balance is widely renowned for its ability to dose with accuracy that goes beyond conventional dosing solutions. However, according to customer feedback, there are some challenges for operators that:

  • Cannot reach the dosing machine properly due to the height of the production machine.
  • Need to frequently access the dosing unit to perform color changes.
  • Use extreme high vibration production machines that can effect the dosing process.
  • Are not allowed to perform work above their head due to safety limitations.

These remarks have not gone unnoticed and triggered our team of engineers to design a solution that takes away these limitations and allows any of these companies to minimize high risk work on top of the production machine and maximize efficiency.

Introducing our MCS Off-line dosing configuration, available in both trolley and stand setups. Unlike the standard setup, the dosing unit is positioned next to the production machine, operating independently from it. This eliminates any impact of production machine vibrations on dosing precision. Additionally, material adjustments and maintenance procedures can be conveniently performed at ground level, leading to a significant increase in overall productivity and a safer work environment.

The stand setup offers flexibility in its placement within the factory, whether on the ground or in a location of your choice, accommodating one MDS Balance. On the other hand, the trolley provides mobility throughout the factory and can accommodate up to three MDS Balances. Both versions are available as supplementary options for the MDS Balance, which is sold separately. The transport capacity for both add-ons is up to 32 kg/h, and the same applies to transport height, which can reach up to 5 meters, and transport length, extending up to 10 meters.
