– Description of the vulnerability
– Reproduction steps
– Potential impact, if known
– Screenshots and Logs, if available
– Contact details, including:
– name
– email address
– company name
– phone number with country code

Movacolor will review all reported vulnerabilities and may contact the reporter for additional information if required.
Reports are assessed according to their potential impact and affected products.
Where appropriate, Movacolor will keep the reporter and impacted customers informed about the progress of the investigation, remediation activities, and the availability of corrective actions or security updates.

Responsible Disclosure
Movacolor appreciates cybersecurity researchers, customers, and partners who report potential security vulnerabilities in good faith.
To facilitate an effective investigation, we request that potential vulnerabilities are reported directly to Movacolor and are not publicly disclosed before Movacolor has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, develop mitigations or corrective actions.
Movacolor will treat reporter contact information as confidential and use it only for the purpose of handling the reported vulnerability.
Movacolor reserves the right to determine the severity, remediation approach, and communication strategy for reported vulnerabilities.
